Hesler Biology Building Renovation & Masonry Repair Phase II
Complete interior renovation and exterior masonry repairs that entailed brick cleaning, repairing, tuck pointing, precast belts and cornices, precast coping surrounding new installed aluminum windows. Complete interior upgrades with a unique interior stone facing and epoxy based flooring. Specialties incorporated into the new laboratories were marker boards, lockers, projection screens, monitor mounts, ice machines, laboratory casework and locking dock equipment. Distinctive mechanical features included deionized and domestic systems, hydronic piping and pump system, environmental chambers, dedicated waste and vent systems for laboratory usage.
