John Marshall Spec Building
John Marshall Spec Building was an existing metal building erected without the interior finishes. The building was complete with all interior finishes plus an addition of dock equipment in order to meet the owner's needs. By negotiating with the owner, SCI performed the work within budget and the timeframe to exceed their expectations.
